Drs. Theodore and Johnnett earned their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees in 1992 and 1993 respectively from Logan College of Chiropractic. Their philosophy of patient care is to treat the individual as a whole: spirit, soul, and body.  To this end, the doctors have developed a specialized program for their patients.

The doctors reside in the community with their three boys: Teddy, Jacob, and Mac. The family enjoys being outside together:  riding 4-wheelers, flying kites, hunting and fishing…or just catching frogs at the pond across the street from their home. Weekends often find the family visiting family in Michigan and attending Granger Community Church in Granger, Indiana.

Merriam-Webster’s dictionary declares a “gentleman” to be one “whose conduct conforms to a high standard of propriety or correct behavior.”  Not only does Dr. Ted qualify for this description, he is also a “gentle” man. His care is “free from harshness and sternness” as he always takes time to make sure the patient is comfortable. Patients can feel at ease talking with Dr. Ted about their situations and feel confident that he will provide the best care possible.

Above all else, Dr. Johnnett is a mother, which limits her time in the clinic somewhat. This does not, however, limit her heart for people. Her desire is to see people walk in health. When Dr. Johnnett is in the clinic, she spends time with patients talking about their conditions and discovering the roots of the disease. Using both electronic and biblical tools, Dr. Johnnett has been able to see many people return to health.

Hundred of Elkhart County residents are enjoying a healthier and pain-free life due to their relationship with Thatcher Wellness Center and Drs. Ted and Johnnett.  The staff works together to increase the quality of life for all their patients.
